Sorry you had that experience! Just to clarify:
• A Hint button is available at the top of the screen.
• Auto Shuffle is automatically triggered when there are no available matches after you successfully collect a pair.

Matching Mahjong with colorful tiles. There's no hint or reshuffle so if there's no matches you're just stuck waiting for the time to run out to get your score.
