Having spent enough hours with Stud Rider, I can now say that the mechanics of the game are straightforward but really addictive. There’s a delectable blend of thrill and strategy in the core of the game — you do (head)stands on your motorcycle, making sure you hit only on your wheels, while also maintaining enough fuel to continue. The game’s pitch, “How high can you score?, kept me hooked on trying to top my previous runs.

The first thing that I noticed was how well this game balanced difficulty and fun. Although simple enough on paper, this one does require a reasonable mix of skill and timing if you want to score well.
