Being a veteran gam… Yeti Sports: Flamingo Drive was a silly combination of basic fun gameplay. The latest game in the Yetisports series continues the same trend, asking you to fling a penguin across a course! It is very simple on the controls and the goal is maximum distance. Choosing the correct angle and power was similar to the classic games that we enjoyed for the traditional ‘easy to learn, hard to master’ premise of their game play.

As I played, I encountered different obstacles which introduced a very light strategic component as I attempted to make the most of each shot. Intuitive gameplay appears to resonate with other players in various social forums and interactions, although a few of them did indicate a lack of content and depth. Overall, Yeti Sports: Flamingo Drive may not have the capacity to redefine the casual gaming segment, but it proves to be a good, and fun distraction for the bored or nostalgic.
