The premise sounds simple but is indeed compelling: protect your human from the night assaults of ghosts. But with a feline guardian in the starring role, it's up to players to slash through spectral intruders intent on shaking up the boy’s mortal soul as he sleeps nine spooky — read: full of Halloween vibes — nights away.

The challenge is nicely balanced between enough difficulty to keep you on your toes while still being accessible. I’ve seen some people praising its cuteness and I fully agree with that opinion, this game has such a charm to it.
