There are 3 difficulty options in this game. In Easy mode, you always see a hint on the screen showing some key parts that are already solved. In Medium mode, this hint pops up but slowly fades away after a bit. In Hard mode, the code changes every time you make 10 wrong guesses, making it trickier than Medium. No matter which mode you pick, you get a hint from time to time that helps you find a starting point or reveals a part of the code you have not opened yet.
