A Classic Brain Teaser That Spells Fun
Opening Word Search Classic, there was a little tinge of nostalgia combined with the pitting of me against the developers of modern puzzle games.
Still timeless, it is a low-fi endeavor turned into a digital pursuit, where you can easily lose yourself in a search for words hidden vertically, horizontally or even diagonally. There’s also the added benefit of 10 categories to choose from, making the gameplay much more interesting to people with different interests/topics. There’s also a handy hint system for when you get stuck — a lifeline that I found useful while playing some of the tougher puzzles!In Word Search Classic on Play123 I've seen the community just having a ball and even through some funny hiccups where the game screen suddenly wanted to go 'incognito' with a white flash. But as they say – when life hands you lemons, make lemonade… or in the case of words, when a search goes white, make lemony eyes!
Pros: Fun way to expand your vocabulary, and the various categories keep the game fresh. Plus, a mastery of skill adds a competitive aspect that I and many others relish. Cons: Unexpected “white-outs” could be frustrating, though they were infrequent enough not to derail the fun.
The bottom line is that Word Search Classic at Play123 is a ton of fun, and should satisfy the craving of word game buffs and casual time-killers alike. This game has something for everyone, whether you’re a wizard with words or just looking to flex those mental muscles.

2025 and its still happening
encore un jeu de lettres qu'en anglais !!!
ya get half way thru an the game goes white
the nerve!
Not only were the ads annoying, but partway through the game it whited out and I couldn't see the board. Not playing again.
