A Gem of a Time in Diamond Rush
So, I dived into Diamond Rush, anticipating only a run-of-the-mill match-3 experience. But, boy, was I grateful I was wrong! It's really like if classic Bejeweled found a magic lamp, made a rub, and out came the king of all Bejeweleds with one order: 'Have fun but make it quick'. You have only 59 seconds to grab those points, a breathless race against the clock. It’s just a matter of exchanging adjacent jewels to arrange those gleaming rows of three or more. And when you do get those special jewels and bonus points, it feels like you hit the lottery.
Other players have also weighed in, praising its fast play and the absence of annoying music that would benefit from a mute button. Instead, audio signals keep you on your toes, warning you as the final seconds run down. It appears we all love the ease and concentration of a one-round wonder. And now, with the chance to save your scores on Play123, it's no longer a case of sitting solitary at the top, but of filling that leaderboard (hopefully) with your name. This is a matching game that's only one round. If you like a speed play game, this is for you. You can play it like Bejeweled except you only have 59 seconds to achieve your score. There's no annoying music to turn off & the sound effects alert you that the time is almost up.
