There was something cozy about diving back into the calm world of Solitaire Farm: Seasons 2. Combining a classic solitaire gameplay with a visually delightful farm theme, the game had me intrigued with their spin on the genre. Breezing through the mind-numbing volume of levels, now tops 3,000, offered infinite challenges that sharpen the ol’ noggin more than your typical deck affair. It’s a clever hybrid of Tri-Peaks, Pyramid and other popular solitaire variants. There’s a nice variety of puzzles. Friends said they liked the bucolic graphics, which enhanced the relaxing gameplay experience, but with strategic moves. Tending your farm through playing cards is a sense of peace – it’s novel, yet welcoming. Ideal for seasoned card sharks or those of the novice persuasion, it’s the kind of game that can prove tough to put down, and even granting the occasional hiccup in strategy, a rewarding way to kill some time.
